Image Problem
Learn to love your body and dress it right
It is very easy to say love your body and you will feel better about yourself, but it is the truth. A majority of America has an image of their body which is totally unlike the reality. Your brain can play nasty tricks on you and the worst of them all is distorting your body image. Some people look in the mirror who are really skinny and see someone who is overweight. Sometimes this lack of reality can cause people to either give up on their body, or go insane in trying to maintain it. I guess the goes here is to be realistic about what you look like, and what you want to look like. This article says that only 2% of the population looks like a supermodel, which means if you are reading this, you are not a supermodel.
So many people get hung up on their body image, and the body image of others, that they lose focus on people's personalities, and lifestyles. Now I am not going to deny that body image is a huge factor in dating, and that the majority of relationships start with physical attraction which means, if you do not know the reality of how you look you might be in for a big surprise. This brings up a point that if you are not comfortable with how you look, you are not going to come off confident and comfortable with others. Your mind will screw with you in every way, and the only way to fix this is take a reality check on your body. How do you really look, and what are you really looking for? Your body image can make or break your confidence.

Good thing I know I'm a damn sexy beast!
We need a national nudist day. On this very special day everyone walks around mostly naked (you get to wear sandals). Everyone would see how much everyone doesn't look like a supermodel (i.e. genetic freak) and how everyone does look like an actual person. TV had distorted our view of how people look; this would be a burst of reality.
